Better Sleep Through Robots

…and yet, somehow, not the worst thing I’ve ever had recommended to me for dealing with sleep problems!

Anyway, never mind getting sleepy. Get EXCITED! Because…

…it is just TWO WEEKS till the release of NEMESIS, the seventh and penultimate volume in the Mega Robo Bros saga! You can pre-order a copy now, and I keep seeing authors say how much pre-orders help, so: PLEASE DO THAT? Many thanks!

I will be celebrating the book’s launch by visiting the wonderful Wonderland Bookshop to sign some books and paint some robots in their window - if you would like a signed and dedicated copy did I mention you can pre-order yours now! And then whizzing back down the country to appear the next day at the Stratford Literary Festival, for which tickets are available here. And then… well, then by doing a whole bunch more festival appearances and bookshop visits over the next few months, read all about them here. It’s going to be quite the busy summer! That’s okay though. This is what I signed up for. Having spent the last ten years drawing this thing, I see my job over the next year as very much focused now on actually SELLING this thing.

(And, I guess, at some point, drawing some more comics? But this is my week off and I refuse to think about that!)

Anyway, couple of local EVENT ANNOUNCEMENTS:

• I will be doing a signing at The Story Museum in Oxford, next Saturday 27th April, at 3:30pm in the bookshop!

• I will be at Caper in East Oxford on June 15th! Painting in the windows, signing books, and maybe doing a little comics workshop? (Details still being confirmed, but: I think so?)
